Low-pressure soft wash for siding, brick, stucco, limestone, and painted surfaces. Cleaning materials are matched to your surface, so mold, mildew, and algae come off without the surface paying for it.

THE CLEAN FREAKS CLUB
You don't call your HVAC guy every time the season changes — he's already on the calendar. Exterior cleaning should work the same way. Pick 3 to 5 services from the full menu, we come 2 times a year, and you pay less per visit than anyone else we serve.

- •The price you see is the price you pay — no hidden fees, no surprise charges. The only addition is Texas sales tax (8.25%), itemized on your final invoice.
- •A 25% deposit is due when you book and holds your date. The balance plus sales tax is charged when the work is finished. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfer.
- •Your deposit is refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours ahead. It is not refundable if we arrive and can't get to the property or there is no working water access — that is a wasted crew day either way.
- •You provide the water. We bring the equipment, the cleaning materials, and the crew, but we work off your exterior spigot — a standard residential hose bib is all it takes.
- •Minimum job size is $350.
- •Homes over 4,000 sq ft and commercial properties are quoted individually — email hello@austinwashco.com.
- •Limestone, travertine, and other natural stone add 25% to the service line that touches them. Stone is slower to clean, less forgiving, and we take on more risk doing it — so we look at it in person before we commit to a final price.
- •If we arrive and the scope is materially different from what was described, we adjust and you approve before any work begins.
- •72-hour make-it-right promise on every job — tell us in writing within 72 hours of completion and we make it right: we re-do the affected work, or refund that line item.
