Wood done gently
Low pressure and solution protect the grain. An optional brightener application brings weathered wood back further.
Stone done neutrally
Natural stone gets pH-neutral cleaners and low pressure — never the settings that etch travertine and limestone.
Composite by the book
Composite decking is cleaned with manufacturer-approved solutions. Aggressive pressure can scar composite boards permanently, so we never use it.

Will pressure washing raise the grain on my wood deck?+
It can, when done wrong — that rough, fuzzy surface is what happens when high pressure tears into softwood. We use low pressure and let the solution do the work, which cleans the wood without damaging it.
Is it safe for travertine and flagstone?+
Yes. Natural stone is cleaned with pH-neutral solutions at low pressure. The wrong chemistry etches travertine permanently, which is why stone takes longer, gets extra care, and carries a 25% rate on that line.
